I'm Jack Higginson. I started Elevation Media Co because I kept seeing the same problem: agents and owners dealing with inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, and no real point of contact when something went wrong.

The fix was simple. One person handles everything. Photography, drone, video, floor plans and 3D tours, all under one roof, all to the same standard, every time.

I'm based in Dee Why and work across the Northern Beaches. If you book with me, I'm the one who shows up.

1. Who we are

Elevation Media Co is a sole trader providing property media services including photography, drone imaging, floor plans, and 3D tours, based in Dee Why NSW 2099. Our contact address is [email protected]. The Australian Privacy Principles formally apply to organisations with annual turnover above AUD 3 million. We are below that threshold, but we publish this policy because clients deserve to know how their information is handled.

2. What we collect
  • Contact form submissions. When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb, services of interest, and any message you include.
  • Analytics data. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel collect anonymous data about how visitors use this site: pages visited, device type, session duration, and referral source. This data does not identify you personally.
  • Server logs. Carrd Inc., our hosting provider, maintains standard server logs that may include IP addresses and browser information.

We do not collect sensitive information such as financial details, health records, or government identifiers.

3. How we use your information
  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To confirm and manage a booking if you proceed.
  • To send a summary of your deliverables or an invoice.
  • To follow up on your project, with your prior agreement.
  • To understand how our site is used so we can improve it.

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing material without your explicit consent.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use the following third-party providers:

  • Carrd Inc. Hosts this website and maintains server logs.
  • Formspark. Processes contact form submissions and stores them in a secure dashboard. Submissions are forwarded to our email address.
  • Google. Google Analytics 4 for anonymous site data, and Google Workspace for email and document management.
  • Meta Platforms. Meta Pixel for anonymised data to help us understand the reach of any Facebook or Instagram activity.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose personal information if required by Australian law or a court order.

5. Storage and retention

Contact information is stored in Formspark's dashboard and our internal records. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us directly. Analytics data is retained by Google under Google's own retention settings.

6. Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel use cookies to collect anonymous usage data. By continuing to use this site, you consent to this. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry.

7. Your rights
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
